Whether you choose the Chef’s Counter or the Build-Your-Own experience, your evening is designed to unfold slowly, thoughtfully, and with purpose.

At the Chef’s Counter, I guide you through a curated tasting, beginning with champagne and dates and progressing through mezze, salads, and mains—sometimes including off-menu bites or seasonal surprises. The Build-Your-Own option allows you to explore Lebanon’s flavors in a more personal way, selecting the dishes that speak to you.
